Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
Well she'd be able to be alive for sure. But she could make connections with other people, help the town out, maybe even give Allison or Diana a run for their money for their positions eventually.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
Urbosa isn't one to sit around and do nothing. She's one to explore her surroundings and help wherever needed. Being the chieftan of the Gerudo people as well as the Champion representing the race. She'll use the TC, offer help and training to those who want it, and likely become maternal to some.
What will your character do for work?
Hunter

People could find the eight foot woman wandering the market dome, looking through everything that there was to offer, more window shopping for the moment. The sights and everything were different from a lot that she had seen anywhere, really. Hyrule Kingdom wasn't even close to this kind of stuff. Granted, she didn't go there too often, but being a Champion, she was there enough.
She had come with whatever rupees there were on her at the time, but wasn't even touching any of the money she'd been given yet. Just opting to walk around and be amused as people seemed to stare at her and her general size. Sure, she was more on the scantily clad seeming side, but in her defense, life was spent in a desert on a regular basis.
